Jan Kuhlmann Andersen is the COO of BioPorto Diagnostics A/S is an in-vitro diagnostics company that provides healthcare professionals in clinical and research settings a range of diagnostic tests and antibodies. Jan Kuhlmann has 20 years experience from the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industry, he has had several senior management and key leadership positions in the Nunc Group, Fischer Scientific Products, FMC and Dako within sales, production and life science product development. Jan Kuhlman also held the Managing Director position at Cambrex Bioresearch Europe 2000-2003. Since 2007 Jan Kuhlmann was the Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Animal Health & Nutrition at Christian Hansen A/S, Denmark. Until January 1, 2015, Jan Kuhlmann Andersen was also a Board member in Noscomed Medical Supply A/S and in the French Life Science company Cell Made. Jan Kuhlmann holds both a M.Sc. and Ph.D. in cell biology and Immunology from the University of Copenhagen.
Peter Bonne Eriksen holds a MSc in Chemical Engineering from the Technical University of Copenhagen specialized in biotechnology. Further he has a bachelor degree from the Copenhagen Business School with management and strategy development. He has for more than 15 years up until 2014 held senior vice president positions at Novo Nordisk within drug development and regulatory affairs, and has extensive experience in dealing with regulatory agencies world wide. He has been member of the board of EuropaBio. Peter Eriksen is the owner and founder of Peter Bonne Eriksen Consultancy providing advice and services to biotech companies.
Bent Alsø is the co-founder of Cytovac A/S together with Alexei Kirkin and is currently active investor in several companies in the forestry and textile industry. Bent Alsø is chartered accountant and is experienced in business operations, financial relations and partner cooperations.
Jørgen Kimø has previously been director of a large company in the food export industry and has extensive experience from board activities and chairperson roles in both national and international companies. Jørgen Kimø has also been co-founder/co-owner of several companies where he also held the position as Chairman of the Board.
Per Falholt is Chairman of the Board at the Danish Technical University since 2013, and Vice Chairman of the Board at Danish Hydraulics Institute since 2011. Per Falholt is the Founder of Per Falholt Global R&D Advisory Services. He was Executive Vice President at Novozymes, Research & Development, 2000-2016, Senior Vice President at Novo Nordisk, 1999-2000 and Director at Novo Nordisk, 1991-1999. As Chief Science Officer at Novozymes, Mr. Falholt helped Novozymes develop a unique industrial biotechnology platform which delivers solutions to meet customer needs and support growth. Mr. Falholt holds a M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Technical University of Denmark (DTU). He was appointed Honorary Professor at DTU’s Institute for Systems Biology in 2010-2014.
Pia Wolff-Sneedorff has a Master’s degree in agronomics and has since specialized in accounting and mortage loans. Pia Wolff-Sneedorff runs her own private company as coach and provider of physical and mental health services.
